Kaaba

The Kaaba is a sacred building located in the city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. It is considered the most sacred sanctuary in Islam and one of the most revered places by Muslims worldwide. The Kaaba is a cube with a simple structure, built of stones, and covered by a black cloth adorned with gold and silver.

Muslims perform a pilgrimage to Mecca, known as Hajj, once in their lifetime, and one of the central rituals of Hajj is circumambulating the Kaaba seven times in a clockwise direction, which is known as Tawaf. The interior of the Kaaba is empty, except for three pillars and some lanterns. It is considered the meeting point of Muslims from all over the world during Hajj and a place of constant prayer throughout the year.

The Kaaba is a symbol of unity and worship for Muslims, reflecting the central importance of Mecca and Hajj in the Islamic faith.
