Apollo 11 Command Module (Internal)

The Apollo 11 Module refers to the set of components used for the first manned lunar mission, part of NASA’s Apollo program. This historic mission, which landed the first humans on the Moon, consisted of the Command Module “Columbia,” the Lunar Module “Eagle,” and the Service Module.

Apollo 11 was launched on July 16, 1969, from Kennedy Space Center in Florida. On July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin made history as the first humans to walk on the Moon, while Michael Collins remained in orbit. This event marked a significant milestone in the history of space exploration and a major technological and political triumph for the United States.
